A consumer inserts the heated tobacco unit into the IQOS ORIGINALS holder, which contains an electronically controlled heater.

• Orders before 4 PM are eligible for same-day delivery in Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman only and next day delivery for other orders in the United Arab Emirates.
• Orders over AED 200 are eligible for Free Delivery.
• Delivery 7 Days a Week except for public holidays.

• The company does not ship "signature required". Customers are responsible to have someone available to receive items when shipped.
